To obtain Sewer Turtle, kill the small turtle in the Gene Room with Incense (11 hits) and pay the remaining Sewer Turtle with 100k B-tad. Hit the golden rat that appears with Incense (3 hits) and defeat Sewer Turtle No. 1, 2, and 4.
