When first obtained in Murika, the Lady Liberty increases gained INTEL, Maps, Loot, and Cells by 1.3%. This is at level 1, and after upgrading to maximum (level 30), the Lady Liberty increases gained INTEL, Maps, Loot, and Cells by 10% and can then be unsealed with Magic Potion. This is generally best for grinding for extra resources and not good for combat. The recommended order of upgrading is INTEL > Cells > Loot > Treasure Maps.

Upgrade Materials

Lady Liberty requires Honor Points to upgrade each Mod, which can be obtained by upgrading Murikan Heroes from the North or South.

Lady Liberty has 4 Mods: increases gained INTEL, increases gained Treasure Maps, increases gained Loot, and increases gained Cells in any Realm. The cost of upgrading and buff received after upgrading are the same across each Mod. However, the Loot Mod cannot be upgraded until the INTEL Mod is Lv.11 or higher. It takes 5,380 Honor Points to raise one Mod to max level, and 21,500 Honor Points total to raise all 4 Mods to max level.

Unsealing

Once the Lady Liberty has been upgraded to the max level (30), you have the option to Unseal the Spirit trapped inside. Doing this costs 300 Magic Potion. Unsealing releases the spirit Program-0716, who will gift you Murika Treasure Chest +100 and Refine Speedup +6h as a thank you.

Upgrading Program-0716 is quite expensive, but doing so gives permanent buffs to your snail.
