Description
On Aug 8, AD 1710, the statue of Lucifer and the reconstruction of St. Paul's Church were completed.
God asked the archangel Lucifer to kneel down to the Son. But Lucifer refused as he thought Son was too weak and unworthy of his obedience. Soon, he led one-third of the angels to mutiny. His arrogance and intention to overtake God turned him into a stone statue. Lucifer was regarded as Satan due to Milton's "Paradise Lost" by mistake.
