Prometheus Torch | Awakened |
Description
On Jan 6, 8245 BC, Prometheus gave this torch to mankind.
Of the Titans, Prometheus is the most visionary. He created man from mud and begged Athena to give them souls. Because it offended the gods, Zeus deprived man of the right to use fire, so man could not cook. To give man the same power as the gods, Prometheus went to Olympus, picked a branch of fennel, and as Apollos' carriage passed by, he stretch the branch into the flame and obtained a burning torch to bring to mankind. Thousands of years later, the gods have vanished, but the psalm in praise of Prometheus is still sung.
