Description

On Sep 30, 5000 BC, the young leaves of Yggdrasil were picked by humans.

On this day, Odin, the Lord of the Kingdom of Gods, hung himself from a branch of the World Tree, his flesh mutilated by the Gungnir. The splashes of God's blood stained the world tree's branches and leaves, revealing the runes that represent civilization. The Ice Kingdom's ferocious winds blew the leaves into the midgard, where they were collected by the sages among humans, and thus civilization began. As is recorded in Words of the High One, Odin hang himself on the world tree, pierced by a spear, the branches and leaves stained with divine blood, then the wisdom of rune will spread to the lower world.
