Koryeo Apostles
Koryeo Apostles
Koryeo is divided into ten areas. At the end of each area, a large amount of of intel will be rewarded and a special boss known as an apostle can be fought. Unlocking one of these to fight does not pause your exploration and it can be fought at any point afterwards, until the current exploration ends. If you do not fight an apostle or you are defeated by apostle (or its minions), you will be unable to fight any apostle again until your next exploration. Apostles must be fought in the order they are unlocked.
Defeating an apostle will reward a Kimchi Jar card, the rarity of which will depend on the Apostle. When an Apostle is defeated in 2 rounds or less, it is permanently Dominated, and will reward additional items. Afterwards, it can not be fought again on future explorations and the Kimchi Jar card will be given as part of the reward for finishing the Apostle's area.
Some Apostles have additional fights associated with them, referred to as their minions. Each minion can only be defeated once and will not reappear on future explorations once beaten. Minions can not be dominated.
After defeating Exterminator for the first time, Yamato, is unlocked. The stats for each Apostle in Koryeo and their minions (indicated in italics, if applicable) are listed below.
Rewards marked with an X are obtained when dominating an Apostle and can only be obtained once. Rewards marked Once are obtained the first time the Apostle is defeated, even if it was not dominated.
