Description
It's considered the most famous tea caddy during the Sengoku period in Japan, and legends say that the famous Murata Juko spent a fortune to purchase the caddy. It was then passed on to Asakura Norikage, Matsunaga Hisahide, and Oda Nobunaga, and eventually destroyed during the Honno-ji Incident.
