Description
9 On Feb 12, 1958 AD, Momofuku Ando built a laboratory in his backyard during his research on instant noodles.
Momofuku Ando, inventor of instant noodles. Japan suffered from a food shortage after the Great War. Ando noticed D that people would queue for ramen in the wind, meanwhile, the Japanese government was promoting flour from the U.S., so he came up with the idea of inventing a new kind of noodle. He didn't have any experience in the food industry, but after countless failed attempts, inspired by the making of tempura, he invented the oil-drying method and successfully made the world's first bag of instant noodles.
