Dragon horse can be obtained after completing the 53rd Adversity in Bharata.
Upgrade Materials
Upgrading the Dragon Horse requires Good Deeds. These can be obtained by completing adversities in the Journey to the West.

There are 5 different sutra types each with a corresponding upgrade that increases the amount gained. These sutras can be combined to obtain Cells and Novice Scrolls.

Sutra Usage
Sutras can be chanted for cells and Novice Scrolls by tapping on the Dragon Horse. This will open a window that allows you to chant one of 5 sutra combinations.

Supreme Warlord Interaction
Lu Bu is able to ride the Dragon Horse in order to increase their stats. This costs 1,000 W-Tads and boosts Lu Bu's ATK, DEF, and HP by +5%
Unsealing
Once the Dragon Horse has been upgraded to the max level (180), you have the option to Unseal the Spirit trapped inside. Doing this costs 300 Magic Potion. Unsealing releases the spirits Raga, Dvesha, and Moha, who will gift +100 Demon Chests and 6h of Offering Speedup as a thank you.
Upgrading Raga, Dvesha, Moha is quite expensive, but doing so gives permanent buffs to your snail.
