INTEL

There are two INTEL trees in Britland, each with 19 different skills. Each skill has between 1 and 3 levels. Initially, only one hex is available to upgrade in exchange for INTEL (gathered passively during exploration). To make any hex available, an adjacent hex must first be fully upgraded. Additionally, some hexes have a "release condition" required before it can be unlocked. Below is a list of all Britland INTEL.

Recommended Upgrade: Tiles 2 and 4 will increase DMG and SPD during exploration within Britland. Tile 5 will unlock more cards and therefore more rewards, and tile 9 unlocks Fleet Construction which should be done as soon as possible.

Tiles 6, 8, 11, and 13 will increase the NAV Coins obtained during exploration, which, if upgraded early on, will help a great deal in warship construction as it becomes more expensive later on and cut down on necessary explorations.

Of course, tiles 3, 7, 12, and 17 should be obtained as soon as the necessary apostles are defeated so more areas can be explored. Keep in mind that tile 14 is necessary for a later Key Clue, but it isn't a priority.

Recommended Upgrade: Tiles 3, 7, 12, and 17 will increase the stats of warships so these should be obtained early on. Tile 2 will assist with defeating enemies and apostles so this should be high priority as well. Tiles 5 and 16 give blueprints for ships that we can use in the fleet. Tile 8 should be obtained as soon as possible as well, as there is a lot to do in the Mysterious Sea.
